Data processing purposes

According to Art 6 Abs. 1 a EU GDPR (DPA) data processing is lawful if the data subject has given his or her consent to the processing of personal data relating to him or her for one or more specific purposes.

In line to the definition in Art. 4 No. 11 DSGVO, consent is any voluntary, informed and unequivocal expression of will in the specific case, in the form of a declaration or any other unambiguous affirmative act by which the data subject indicates his or her consent to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.

Data categories and data origin

Personal data in the sense of this data protection regulation are all personal data relating to you as an identified or identifiable person, e.g. Data about your personal or factual circumstances. In order to provide our services, to set up a privacy & compliance management and to establish contact, we process the following personal data, which you enter during the registration and completion of your profile:

  •  – personal details (first and last name, valid email address, address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, spoken languages and, if applicable, other data required for the performance of the contract)
  •  – company details (name, address, telephone number)
  •  – bank details (IBAN, bank, account holder)

Collecting general information during a visit to our website

When you access our website – i.e. if you do not register or submit information – information of a general nature will be collected automatically. Using Facebook Pixels

We use online advertising to help you find our products and receive the updates about our company, which means:
– We can share your data with platforms to use targeted ads;
– You can see our advertising on other websites, social medias and apps, as we manage different digital marketing tools;
– The proposed advertisement (e.g. banner, videos etc.) are based on the information, which we gather from you, when you interact with our web-page or our Social Media accounts.

We embed YouTube videos on several of our websites. The operator of the respective plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereinafter ‘YouTube’). YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter ‘Google’). When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, a connection to YouTube’s servers will be created, which tells YouTube which pages you visit. When you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your browsing behavior with you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

Duration of storage and criteria for determining the duration

We store your personal data as long as you use our services. We delete your personal data, which you have made available to us as part of the registration as soon as you request this in your account, via e-mail or by post.

Personal data that you provide to us for the fulfillment of contracts with collaboration partners we retain for the period of the existing contract and after the termination of the contract for a period until completion of the tax audit concerning this year.

If statutory retention periods exist, which result primarily from the commercial and tax law (in particular §§ 147 AO and 257 HGB), we are obliged to save the data until the expiration of these periods.
